Outdoor Kitchen Reservation Policy

The outdoor kitchen is available exclusively to registered guests of Lady L Apartelle and may be reserved per 6-hour time slot, subject to availability.

Reservation Time Slots

To reserve the outdoor kitchen, select your preferred date on the calendar, then choose one of the following reservation start times:

• 4:00 AM – Breakfast Slot (4:00 AM–10:00 AM)

• 10:00 AM – Lunch Slot (10:00 AM–4:00 PM)

• 4:00 PM – Dinner Slot (4:00 PM–10:00 PM)

Each reservation grants exclusive use of the outdoor kitchen for the selected 6-hour time slot.

Kitchen Usage Fee

₱150 per 6-hour time slot

The kitchen usage fee is a flat rate per reservation, regardless of the number of guests included in the accommodation reservation or the number of guests who use the outdoor kitchen.

Reservation & Payment Policy

Reservations are optional but recommended if you wish to secure a specific date and time. If no reservation has been made for a time slot, the outdoor kitchen is available to registered guests on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to payment of the applicable kitchen usage fee before use.

Each reservation is valid for one (1) 6-hour time slot only. Additional time slots must be reserved separately, subject to availability.

For reservations made at least one (1) day before the selected time slot, payment must be completed before the reservation can be submitted. After sending your payment via GCash, you must provide the GCash Reference Number and Amount Paid during the reservation process. Reservations submitted without valid payment details will be automatically cancelled.

The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a limited number of tables, chairs, cookware, and dining utensils. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly, as the available facilities and dining items may not be sufficient to accommodate everyone at the same time.

All kitchen usage fee payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the guest, any payment made for the kitchen reservation will not be refunded and cannot be applied as credit toward any other charges, services, or future reservations.

Clean After Use Policy

Guests are expected to leave the outdoor kitchen clean and in the same condition it was found. Before the end of the reserved time slot, all used cookware, utensils, tables, countertops, sinks, and other kitchen facilities must be properly cleaned, washed, and returned to their designated places. All food waste, trash, and personal belongings must also be removed and disposed of in the appropriate bins.

Failure to comply with this policy, or any misuse, damage, or excessive cleaning required after use, may result in additional cleaning, replacement, repair, or damage fees, as determined by Lady L Apartelle. These charges will be the responsibility of the registered guest who made the reservation.

Permitted Use

The outdoor kitchen is intended solely for cooking and dining by registered guests of Lady L Apartelle. It must not be used for parties, celebrations, gatherings, meetings, commercial activities, or any other event without prior written approval from management.

Any unauthorized use of the outdoor kitchen for purposes other than cooking and dining may result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may be subject to additional fees or other appropriate action as determined by Lady L Apartelle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All kitchen usage fee payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the guest, any payment made for the kitchen reservation will not be refunded and cannot be applied as credit toward any other charges, services, or future reservations.
