What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All confirmed reservations are non-refundable. Payments made are not eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation, no-show, shortened stay, or early departure.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out: Until 12:00 NN

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability, approval, and additional charge of ₱200 per hour. The earliest possible check-in that may be accommodated is 8:00 AM. 

Late check-out is not permitted.  

Does the room rate include breakfast?

No. Lady L Apartelle is a room-only accommodation. Breakfast and other meals are not included in the room rate and are not provided by the property.

What is your child policy?

Children 7 years old and below may stay free of charge when sharing the existing bed with accompanying adults. This is limited to a maximum of two (2) children per room.

Children 8 years old and above are considered adults and will be charged the applicable adult rate.

Is a security deposit required upon check-in?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in.

• ₱500 per room – Single and Standard Rooms

• ₱1,000 per room – Deluxe, Family, and Barkada Rooms

The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out after the room has been inspected and verified to have no damages, missing items, or outstanding charges.

Does the property have an elevator?

No. The property does not have an elevator. All guest rooms are accessible by stairs only.

Do you provide 24-hour staff assistance?

No. Our staff is available daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As Lady L Apartelle is operated by a limited team, we do not provide 24-hour staff assistance.

Requests received outside of regular staff hours will be attended to during the next available staff hours.

Assistance outside of these hours is provided only for genuine emergencies affecting the safety or security of guests or the property.

Does the property have a backup generator?

No. The property does not have a backup generator. In the event of a power outage, electricity will be unavailable until power service is restored by the local utility provider.

Who is permitted to stay in the room?

For the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, only registered guests are permitted to occupy or stay in the guest rooms.

Is the outdoor kitchen and dining area available for guest use?

Yes. The outdoor kitchen and dining area is available exclusively to registered guests of Lady L Apartelle and may be reserved in 6-hour time slots, subject to availability.

Guests may choose from the following reservation periods:

• 4:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Breakfast Slot)

• 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Lunch Slot)

• 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Dinner Slot)

Each reservation provides exclusive use of the outdoor kitchen and dining area during the selected time slot.

How do I reserve the outdoor kitchen?

Advance reservations are optional but recommended to secure your preferred date and 6-hour time slot. To reserve, check the kitchen reservation calendar for available dates and time slots, then follow the reservation and payment instructions.

Guests who do not reserve in advance may still use the outdoor kitchen on their preferred day, subject to availability and payment of the ₱150 usage fee per 6-hour time slot.

How much is the outdoor kitchen usage fee?

The outdoor kitchen usage fee is a flat rate of ₱150 per 6-hour time slot, regardless of the number of registered guests included in the reservation or the number of guests who will use the kitchen.

What areas of the property are included in my reservation?

Guest room reservations are for accommodation purposes only, including resting and sleeping. Rooms may not be used for parties, events, commercial activities, project preparation, storage, or any other non-accommodation purpose without prior approval.

The outdoor kitchen and dining area may only be used for cooking and dining during a reserved time slot. Any other use requires prior approval.

Only the reserved guest room and, if applicable, the reserved outdoor kitchen and dining area are included in the reservation. All other areas and available spaces within the property may not be used without prior approval from the property.
